At its heart stands a majestic, native Gaiac tree – the villa’s namesake – now flourishing again after Hurricane Irma. Its purple blooms shade a small bench beside the pool, creating a tranquil corner for quiet moments.
The great room combines a relaxed living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and an indoor dining space framed by wide windows. Large doors open to let in the breeze, though the entire space can be air-conditioned if desired.
