The estate is arranged across two distinct structures. The main building features expansive living areas imagined by Philippe Starck, where sculptural furniture, soft textures and clean lines come together in a serene palette. The air-conditioned lounge opens widely onto the terrace, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Beside it, the dining area connects to a bright kitchen with a graphic black-and-white motif, while a fully equipped professional kitchen offers ideal conditions for private events with a dedicated chef.
The front terrace sets the stage for unforgettable days, with a long heated pool framed by sun loungers, outdoor lounges and a bar designed for effortless gatherings. A mosaic-lined jacuzzi sits beneath swaying palms, offering a tranquil escape overlooking the sea and the lush hills of Saint-Jean. At the back of the villa, a cooler patio lets the trade winds circulate gently, bringing a natural freshness to the heart of the property.
Seven of the villa’s ten suites are located in the main building, including four on the upper level connected to the living spaces and three on the lower level, each with views of the sea or tropical gardens. The separate cottage hosts three additional suites, along with its own living area and a second pool, offering enhanced independence for multigenerational stays or groups seeking privacy.
